How do I secure a booking?

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date. Bookings are only confirmed once payment has been received.


Do you require a bond?

Yes, a refundable bond may apply to selected items. This will be advised at the time of booking and returned within 48 hours, provided items are returned in original condition.


What is the hire period?

Our standard hire period is 24 hours. Extended hire can be arranged upon request and may incur additional fees.


Do you offer delivery and setup?

Yes, we offer delivery, setup, and collection across Sydney for your convenience. Delivery pricing is based on location, access, and order size.


What happens if items are damaged?

Clients are fully responsible for all hire items during the hire period. Any damage, loss, or excessive cleaning will incur repair or replacement costs.
